Using the top card turned face-up to begin the discard pile, the remaining cards form a face-down draw pile. Evideo buddyach player takes a turn drawing a card from either pile and then discarding one from their hand. The player wins when they declare "Rummy" and finish the game before all of their cards have been formed into sets & runs.
