Knowing the various meld types—sets, which are made up of three or four cards of the same rank, and sequences, which are made up of three or more consecutive cards of the same suit—is esserummy good appntial to playing Ares Rummy. In addition to monitoring their opponents' moves, players need to be skilled at spotting possible melds. The game goes on until one player declares "Rummy" and wins the round by successfully melding all of their cards.
