Big things are happening with the RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) this month, and that includes an upcoming trip to Tunica, Mississippi.

The mid-stakes poker series just concluded its first ever RunGood Open at the North American Poker Tour (NAPT) in Las Vegas. JACK Cleveland Casino in Ohio is currently playing host to an RGPS series that features a $400,000 guaranteed Main Event starting Nov. 7. The action will head to the Southeast when that series ends for another exciting event.

It's all about winning and collecting rings when it comes to the RunGood Poker Series. There will be 12 opportunities for players to collect those shiny rings at Horseshoe Tunica from Nov. 12-17, starting with the $250 Seniors Ring Event, a no-limit hold'em tournament open exclusively to those aged 50 and above.

There are four events on the schedule with guarantees, including the second tournament to run on Nov. 12 — $250 Series Opener Ring Event ($10,000 guaranteed). The $250 Deepstack Ring Event starting Nov. 13 promises at least $50,000 in the pot and two Day 1 starting flights. Players who bag chips in either session will return to action for Day 2 on Nov. 14.

RunGood Poker Series is also hosting an intriguing FLIP and GO ring event for $100. Sit n' go style tables will run on-demand on Nov. 12, 13, and 14, with returning players to come back to battle it out for the ring on Nov. 15.

The biggest event of the series — $600 RUNGOOD Main Event — kicks off Nov. 15 with Day 1a. Day 1b and 1c will run the following day, and the tournament will play down to a winner on Nov. 17. The Main Event has a $200,000 minimum guaranteed prize pool.

Due to this cross-cultural interaction, Conquian was able to change and adapt to new settings, resulting in variants that took into account regional tastes and customs.NEXT:Many of the card games that were introduced to the Americas by Spanish colonization were modified and altered by the local populace. Probably the Spanish game "Lotería," along with other classic card games like "Mus" and "Tute," served as the game's inspiration. As local customs and indigenous practices blended with these games, Conquian became a distinct entity with its own set of rules and gameplay mechanics. In addition to shaping Conquian, this cultural blending established the foundation for the larger Rummy game family that would come after.
