Each player is dealt a hand of cards at the start of the game, and the draw pile is made up of the remaining cards that casino game appare laid face down on the table. The discard pile is then started by turning the top card of the draw pile face up. Each player takes turns drawing cards from the draw or discard piles, followed by the discarding of a card from their hand.
